Originating from France, the Campaiere is an exceptionally cold-hardy fig variety, even more resilient to freezing temperatures than the Chicago Hardy Fig. According to Thierry from Figues du Monde, this fig can survive harsh winters, withstanding temperatures as low as -5°F. It’s also an early-ripening variety, so you can rest assured you’ll enjoy its sweet fruit before winter arrives, no matter which state you’re in across the U.S.
It's very jammy, berry flavor, sweetness and ... Honestly, I can’t fully describe the flavor of this fig; it’s incredibly delicious and unique in a way I haven’t found in any other fig.
Take it to your home and can plant it in the ground or pot depends on you, so easy to take care of it.
You will get an nice air layer, very strong 2-3 feets in 4x9 pot, ready to transfer to the new pot 5 or 10 gallons.
Happy Fig lovers !
